Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha, you'll be met by your safari guide who will transfer you to your accommodation. Spend the rest of the day settling in and preparing for your upcoming safari adventure. Depending on your arrival time, you may have a briefing with your guide to discuss the itinerary and safety precautions. Otherwise, take the opportunity to explore Arusha and relax after your journey.
Day 2: Arusha to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, depart from Arusha and embark on the journey to Serengeti National Park. Enjoy picturesque views of the Tanzanian countryside as you travel towards the park. Stop for lunch along the way before continuing your drive. Arrive at Serengeti National Park in the afternoon and embark on your first game drive, immersing yourself in the iconic landscapes and wildlife sightings. Spend the night at your lodge or tented camp within the park.
Day 3: Full Day Game Drive - Witnessing the Great Migration
Today is dedicated to witnessing the Great Migration, one of the most extraordinary wildlife spectacles on Earth. Set out on an early morning game drive to track the movements of the migrating herds. Follow the herds as they traverse the Serengeti plains, witnessing dramatic river crossings and thrilling wildlife encounters along the way. Your guide will provide insights into the migration and help you capture unforgettable moments on camera. Return to your accommodation in the evening for dinner and relaxation.
Day 4: Exploring Different Regions of Serengeti
Embark on another full day of exploration in Serengeti National Park, focusing on different regions known for their unique wildlife sightings. Visit areas such as the Seronera Valley, Moru Kopjes, and the Northern Serengeti, each offering distinct landscapes and wildlife encounters. After breakfast, bid farewell to the Serengeti as you begin your journey back to Arusha. Stop for lunch along the way before reaching Arusha, where your safari concludes. From there, you can continue your travels or transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward journey, carrying with you memories of an unforgettable Serengeti Migration Safari.
