Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha, you'll be greeted by your safari guide who will accompany you throughout the adventure. Transfer to your accommodation in Arusha, where you can relax and unwind after your journey. Depending on your arrival time, you may have a briefing with your guide to discuss the upcoming safari. Otherwise, take the opportunity to explore Arusha and soak in the local atmosphere.
Day 2: Arusha to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, depart from Arusha and head towards the iconic Serengeti National Park. Enjoy scenic views as you travel through the Tanzanian countryside, with opportunities to stop for lunch along the way. Arrive at Serengeti National Park and begin your first game drive, immersing yourself in the breathtaking landscapes and abundant wildlife. As the sun sets, settle into your lodge or tented camp within the park, ready for an unforgettable safari experience.
Day 3: Full Day Game Drive - Witnessing the Migration
Today is dedicated to witnessing the Great Migration, one of nature's most spectacular events. Set out on an early morning game drive to track the movements of the migrating herds. Follow the herds as they traverse the Serengeti plains in search of fresh grazing grounds, witnessing thrilling river crossings and dramatic wildlife encounters along the way. Your experienced guide will provide insights into the migration and help you capture unforgettable moments on camera. Return to your accommodation in the evening, where you can relax and reflect on the day's sightings.
Day 4: Exploring Different Regions of Serengeti
Embark on another full day of exploration in Serengeti National Park, focusing on different regions known for their unique wildlife sightings. Visit areas such as the Seronera Valley, renowned for its resident predators, and the Moru Kopjes, ancient granite rock formations favored by lions and leopards. Keep an eye out for the diverse array of wildlife that inhabits these landscapes, from majestic elephants to elusive cheetahs. Day 5: Morning Game Drive and Departure
